Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated, self-motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can work independently or seamlessly as part of a team. You will handle both residential and commercial projects, performing diagnostic, repair, installation, and maintenance work with precision and exceptional customer care. Qualified candidates will be driving one of our vehicles, valid driver's license is a must! Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, isolate, and resolve complex residential and commercial plumbing issues. Install, service, and maintain fixtures and appliances, including water heaters, water softeners, toilets, sinks, faucets, water filtration systems, sump pumps, and well pumps. Perform rough-ins and finish plumbing work for bathroom remodels. Safely operate specialized equipment, including drain cleaning machines, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading equipment, and pipefitting tools. Navigate and work comfortably in tight spaces and challenging job site environments. Qualifications & Requirements5 years of experience as a plumber or plumber’s apprentice is preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities. Ownership of personal trade tools. Ability to handle physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment and materials. Compensation & BenefitsSalary: Competitive and negotiable, based on experience and skill level.
